Employee Referral Program:
If you, as an LGAS employee, refer a candidate for a position and that person is hired on a permanent basis , once their probation period is passed you’ll receive a $500 bonus (net of tax).
Study Assistance Program:
LGAS encourages employees to develop their skills and knowledge by providing assistance for the Chartered Accountants Program and other training which is demonstrably of value to both the employee and Company. If you are studying or take on the CA program, the company pays for half the unit upfront and the balance upon successful completion. Employees are also allocated three study days per unit to assist them in preparation for their exam.
Annual Planning Weekend:
The Annual Planning Weekend aims at bringing together all employees of LG Accounting Solutions, over the Planning Weekend we work together to plan for the upcoming year and formulate an action plan. This long weekend consists of a day of planning, team dinner and group activities. It is a fun relaxed weekend with previous destinations being Bali, Sydney, The Vines, Kalgoorlie and Rottnest Island.
Quarterly Team Functions:
We set Quarterly Goals for the entire Team. Depending on how well we achieve our goals depends on what we do after the end of each quarter. We have been to Bali, Broome, climbed the Sydney Harbor Bridge, have been to many classy restaurants around Perth, and have enjoyed a host of other fun activities including go cart racing, whale watching, archery, and lawn bowls. We do this on a Friday and have the day off work we so can relax and have some fun!!
