  • Business Strategic Planning including analysing a business' current performance, identifying key performance indicators and designing a strategy to maximise future returns.
  • Business Planning including implementation of millstones to move the business from its current situation towards its strategic objectives.
  • Rate of Return Analysis and Benchmarking including analysis of investment opportunities against required rates of return and risk perspectives.
  • Staff Incentive and Retention programs.
